[ Humble Beginnings ]

DON'T... TEMPT ME FRODO!

We begin our tale with a humble dwarf of whom meets, for the very first time, one so fair and wise.
An elf shield maiden; Jillian Auger.

The tale extends the lives of these two would-be adventurers and their quest to bridge the vast gap that separates them. To be honest, this is just a prefix to the gigantic adventure I, Varg, will be undertaking as of February 2nd, 2014. I have met a wonderful companion and I have been saving diligently to one day see her in person and complete the circle.

At this current point in time, we have been together 3 wees as of tomorrow. I have currently managed to save a total of $8,600.20 towards my holiday trip and my paperwork is sent in for the passport. I have undertaken a diet and an exercise regime. So far, I am feeling a 60% increase in positivity/mental health and a 50% increase in energy and motivation. I've not felt this good in a long long time.I start my CPAP machine on tuesday alongside all of my dieting and exercise. I am told I should experience an incredible amount of energy and weight loss. I am insanely excited for this seeing as it has been difficult to lose much (though, i have lost a fair amount since the beginning) but again, this should be a rather large help. I am hoping that work leaves me alone for the time being as well. I will have another 3 months before I am pestered once more.

Jill is asleep after a hard day of working and for what I assume was a lovely night at the fare. I hope to see more pictures showing up. Speaking of pictures, my Galaxy S3 has been revived! I plan to wipe the HDD completely and use the phone as a work/backup until I leave for 'Murica once more and then I will use it entirely as a camera for filming and pictures. All of which will end up here. I am incredibly excited!

I want to update this every day, even if it is several short ones amongst a fairly large one like this. I have the motivation each day so I might as well jump into it!

One last thing; 

This is my Roland A300 PRO that I purchased a week ago. Within another, I should see it arrive at my local music store. I have been using FL Studio 11 and learning a lot about production and mixing. I am hoping to start creating full songs very soon. I am still in early stages yet but with this MIDI controller, I should be able to streamline my workflow much easier. Here's to a bright future and a very positive one!
